1. Overview
At NOMAN LOMISA SHOP LTD ("we", "us", or "our"), operating our online store targeting customers in Ireland and the European Union, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. 2. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
If you are contracting as a consumer based in Ireland or the EU, you have the statutory right to cancel and return your order within 14 days from the day you (or a third party nominated by you, other than the carrier) acquire physical possession of the goods, without giving any reason.

3. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return and full refund, your item must meet the following mandatory conditions:
- The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging (including unbroken factory seals, anti-static packaging for computer components, manuals, and all accessories).
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation number or receipt) must be included with the returned package.
- Specialized computer hardware, electronics, and accessories (such as Computer RAM, Graphics Cards, AMD Ryzen processors, and Apple iPads) must not show signs of physical installation, user-inflicted damage, or altered/tampered serial numbers.

4. Return Shipping Costs and Responsibility
- Change of Mind: If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you will be solely responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If you received a product that is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect, NOMAN LOMISA SHOP LTD will inspect the issue and cover or reimburse the reasonable standard return shipping costs upon verification.

5. Refunds Process
- Once your returned item is received and inspected at our facilities, we will send you an email notification to confirm receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed automatically, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment
